Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a creative and innovative Brand Manager for EPHEMERA – a luxury swimwear, resort, and womenswear brand, known for its considered approach to design and outstanding quality.

In this role, the Brand Manager will drive results across marketing, brand communications, and commercial sales, alongside leading impact/KPI tracking and related insights to support the business’ commercial position.

The Brand Manager will define a communications strategy and 360 marketing calendar for all brand initiatives that they will translate into compelling communication assets that amplify the brand’s reach. They will support these efforts by preparing annual sales and marketing forecasts and targets, and defining, in collaboration with the brand’ Founder, the brand’s annual and quarterly sales strategy.

The successful talent will establish consistent channel messaging, with content that is connected to commerce seasonality and aligned to the brand’s sales strategy.

Alongside this, the Brand Manager will measure and report on sales targets, and will manage all sales and marketing budgets, ensuring that each budget is adhered to, and each seasonal target is met.

They will have a fluent and innate understanding of the brand’s voice, with exceptional project management abilities and an aptitude for multitasking—able to organise intersecting timelines and perpetual deadlines with external stakeholders.

The talent we seek will hold a background in brand management, marketing, and communications, with expertise in the digital sphere and demonstrated experience working across social channels, retail, wholesale and partnerships.

They will have the proven ability to deliver exceptional results on time, to budget, and aligned with the brand’s sales initiatives.

Alongside ths, they will have a strong commercial compass and excellent systems experience, including an adeptness in using Excel, CMS systems, and Shopify, as well as proficiency across the Adobe Suite.
