Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Client Services Team Manager for a noted luxury fashion house with a legacy of design eminence.

Reporting to the Online Retail Manager, the Client Services Team Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing client experience and providing personalised customer advice to clients through a suite of digital platforms.

They will work to achieve overall business objectives by consistently delivering best-in-class client service that cultivates lasting, loyal brand relationships.

The Client Services Team Manager will understand, and make use of clienteling tools that simultaneously drive sales, and meet service objectives, and will leverage their extensive product knowledge to provide informed, technical product narratives to engaged clients.
