Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Clienteling Lead for a curated concept store at the forefront of the design-zeitgeist.

In this role, the Clienteling Lead is responsible for supporting and overseeing the in-store client experience and providing personalised styling advice and product advisory.

They will be accountable to achieve overall business objectives by consistently delivering best-in-class client service that cultivates lasting, loyal brand relationships.

The Clienteling Lead will understand, and make use of clienteling tools that simultaneously drive sales, and meet service objectives, and will leverage their extensive product knowledge to provide informed, technical product narratives to engaged clients.

The talent we seek will have an aptitude for client-facing communication, both written and verbal, and will be customer-centric in their thinking—applying this lens to the entire scope of their role.
