Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a CRM Specialist to join an Australian ready-to-wear brand leading the fashion eCommerce space on an international scale.

In this senior role, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for building and developing customer cohorts and segments, based on customer insights, which they will use to inform, develop and execute an online CRM strategy that drives measurable results and customer engagement.

The the CRM Specialist will lead all personalised email scheduling, push, SMS and in-app messaging for customers for each of our key markets. They will also manage the quality assurance processes for email marketing, SMS, push and in-app messaging by ensuring the copy, images, and links are functional and effective.

Additionally, they will track performance against established monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets for channels, collection launches and key markets, and will measure this against their understanding of commercial business objectives.

The successful CRM Specialist will onboard and working with CRM systems, tools and vendors to ensure flawless delivery for all channels and customer segments, demonstrating an understanding the technical details behind channel communications and identifying and resolving issues that may arise.

They will hone an in-depth understanding of the brand’s customers through a lifecycle, churn, and behavioural lens, in order to build customer profiles that will inform other marketing activities, while simultaneously identifying and executing testing opportunities within the customer lifecycle.

In sharing insights and learnings, they will collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to develop actionable solutions to commercial business objectives.

Their cross-functional relationships will also extend to the  eCommerce, creative and product teams, to ensure deadlines are met and communication to the customer is correct at all times.

The talent we seek will present with proven experience using CRM tools, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.

They will have hands on experience with analytical platforms and database tools, experience with achieving growth, and a genuine passion for understanding customer behaviour and shopping trends.

They will hold exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to visually communicate strategies to effectively lead within a team setting, and collaborate efficiently.
