Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager with an opportunity to join renowned Australian label Shona Joy. 

In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will drive growth through the strategic use of digital and social media channels. In doing so, they will be working to reinforce overall brand strategy and awareness in order to maximise sales and gross profit. 

The successful talent will develop and implement the overarching strategy of the brand’s multi-channel digital marketing activities while overseeing daily operations of digital and social media marketing – working internally with the brand’s director.

The key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager also include: managing target audiences for re-targeting and new customer outreach across campaigns for each collection; generating content across multiple websites and social platforms, and analysing and reporting on digital metrics, digital campaign performance, customer behaviour and ROI, and using these insights to identify areas of opportunity.

The Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Director to build and manage location-specific marketing calendars across Australia and internationally, as the basis for all digital marketing activities and external communications to customers.

The talent we seek will have a passion for innovating and the ability to capture and expand growth opportunities for this coveted boutique brand. 

They will have previous digital marketing experience with a focus on fashion and/or luxury; exceptional tech and digital literacy; an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and analysis, and the demonstrated ability to drive conversion through their marketing efforts. 

Our ideal talent will remain consistently abreast of movements in the digital landscape; be inherently analytical and organised; and hold a high-level understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.

Additionally, they will be systems proficient across analytics tools and content management platforms and have experience in A/B testing.

Their ability to work cross-functionally will be manifest in their strong interpersonal communication skills, and they will be expert in their management of time, priorities and conflicting deadlines.
