Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager specialising in fashion based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce the successful Digital Marketing Manager will responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy through various digital channels. This role will play a major role in growing brand awareness while upholding accurate brand representation digitally, while maximising ROI and profitability. analytical and performance driven by nature, this role will be the key stakeholder in a CRM/CDP implementation for the business.

The key focuses will be coordinating and executing digital marketing content for three brands and managing all aspects of paid media initiatives across various channels for the three brands and various global regions adhering to brand filters and industry best practices. You will deliver direction and optimisation suggestions of digital marketing assets, working closely with brand teams to ensure digital marketing assets meet requirements and follow brand style guidelines. You will drive ongoing optimisations in collaboration with brand teams in order to lift brand awareness, accurately representing products, increasing engagement and website conversions. Furthermore, you will plan and execute paid social strategy, paid search strategy, email marketing and automation and engine optimisation for all three brands ensuring customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability.

The successful Digital Marketing Manager will foster a positive and collaborative culture and will present with strong analytical skills and the proven ability to provide astute commercial insights to drive strong trade results and brand performance. The role requires exceptional industry knowledge and technical skills to ensure brand affiliate, content marketing and organic social initiates are innovative, effective and engaging and you will lead and report on digital marketing metrics utilising data and analytical tools to deliver continuous performance improvements. Working closely with the General Manager of eCommerce you will manage the relationship, ongoing placement optimisation and return on investment with the external agency.
