Role Overview


UMENCO is seeking an adroit eCommerce Manager to join one of Australia’s most revered womenswear brands.

In this role, the eCommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end online customer journey and leading website trading, in order to reach forecasted commercial targets and brand objectives.

The eCommerce Manager will be a strong online trader and will be accountable for the effective merchandising of products and inventory, managing the onsite user experience, briefing website CRO improvements, conducting UAT testing, overseeing omnichannel order fulfillment, presenting digital reporting, and leading after-sales care.

The talent we seek will have 3-4 years of experience in a senior eCommerce role, with omnichannel exposure, practical experience in UX, development, and operational support, and a strategic understanding of best-in-class customer experience.

They will be proficient in Shopify Plus, hold a track record of successfully trading a website, and understand what is required to drive sales and manage the operations to deliver commercial outcomes.

The successful eCommerce Manager will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, will be able to analyse, interpret, and derive actionable insights from data, and will demonstrate robust problem-solving skills that generate practical and proactive solutions.
