Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a Graphic Designer to join the team at a much-loved Australian fragrances and home brand.

The successful talent will be responsible for the creation of the brand’s seasonal ranges and packaging, as well as overseeing and developing all graphic artwork for the brand.

The scope of this role will encompass the development of ranges in line with the production critical path; the development of all original print artwork for the brand; the creation of seasonal mood boards and trend direction; the creation of final artwork inclusive of dielines; the creation of VM guidelines and planograms, and the design of EDM’s, social, and web assets in collaboration with the online team.

The Graphic Designer will work closely alongside the marketing and eCommerce teams and will be accountable to design in alignment with the brand’s marketing and eCommerce calendar.

The successful talent will be highly competent in CAD design, with excellent knowledge of design principles and product design.

They will be systems literate across the Adobe suite and aligned design tools and will have 5 years of product development and design experience, preferably within homewares.

Additionally, they will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a highly organised disposition, and sharp time management skills, along with the confidence to work within a dynamic team and adhere to tight deadlines.
