Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead a high-performing marketing team at an iconic fashion brand during a time of transformative growth and creative renewal.

The Head of Marketing will lead the 360-initiative development of brand’s marketing function, working to drive strong desirability for the brand and deliver commercial results.

Collaborating closely with key cross-functional partners and channel owners, the Head of Marketing will also be responsible for developing, and executing the marketing strategy to achieve the desired business objectives.

They will support the development of multiple marketing initiatives from 360 brief generation, through to development and execution, and will perform competitive analyses and market assessments to support the projects at hand.

Alongside this, the Head of Marketing serves as point of contact and intermediary between cross-functional project contributors, closely tracking all project timelines and developing relationships with cross-functional project teams, including creative, merchandising, PR, client relations, media, collaborations, and visual merchandising to ensure excellence in execution.

They will be able to translate data into clear learnings and strategic action plans that can generate a positive impact on business results, and will be a strong communicator with a results-driven mentality, and exceptional organisational and critical problem-solving abilities.
