Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a creative and digitally astute Marketing Coordinator to join the team at a business-to-business made-to-measure tailoring provider that is redefining the contemporary tailoring landscape.

The Marketing Coordinator will have an innate understanding of the brand’s voice and visual sensibilities and will be equal parts creative and analytical in their thinking.

They will be responsible for overseeing the communication direction for the brand, and will develop and execute a cohesive marketing schedule—working cross-departmentally with the creative and production teams to ensure its timeliness and alignment with seasonal brand initiatives.

This role will also oversee the coordination and scheduling of social content, and where needed, the creation of content in line with a consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

The key objectives of the Marketing Coordinator are to build meaningful connections with the brand’s audiences, in addition to identifying and translating performance insights into actionable innovation and growth across digital marketing; marketing campaigns both online and offline; channel engagement; and performance of paid/organic campaigns.

The talent we seek will have a minimum of two years of experience working in social media, content creation, or marketing, with a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in marketing.

They will have graphic design systems knowledge across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the proven ability to communicate a brand, product or company story with tangible results.
