Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator with a strong social media and graphic design background for three high performing fashion brands in Melbourne. The role will report to the Marketing Manager and is an opportunity to join a successful, much admired brand group that is experiencing exciting growth in Australia and North America across bricks & mortar, online and wholesale channels.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for creating, editing and delivering content for all channels. Included in this role is the management of the organic social media and community engagement. In this role you will look at your job through the lens of the consumer and understand it is end consumer focused. Key responsibilities for the role are the creation, editing and delivery of all content including seasonal print collateral, digital materials and website assets ensuring each piece of visual content and designs aligns with the creative brief of each brand. You will have expert image retouching skills and the proven ability to manage organic social media and nurturing community engagement across all channels daily.

The successful Marketing Coordinator will liaise with brand managers, designers and stakeholders to ensure artwork guidelines are met for each brand and your ability to manage various projects and priorities in a fast paced, collaborative environment will be essential. Time management, priority setting, an incredible work ethic and an innate sense of style and creativity are must-have attributes and ideally you will present with a minimum of three years experience in a brand centric fashion retail environment.
