Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join the team at a sustainable beauty brand known for its expertly crafted, sustainably produced, non-toxic products.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will support the brand’s marketing team, and the wider business, to deliver best-in-class end-to-end marketing campaigns, product launches, and content that speak seamlessly to the brand’s overarching goals and identity.

In this role, the Marketing Manager will work dynamically, overseeing a scope that extends from setting high-level strategies to creating the copy for day-to-day marketing activities.

The Marketing Manager will also own the email marketing activities for the brand, creating weekly newsletter content, copywriting, developing email flows, and keeping these aligned with brand growth and brand personality.

Alongside this, they will oversee social media advertising and will provide direction for content creation, ensuring brand consistency and alignment between internal and customer-facing communications.

The Marketing Manager will own all of the brand’s product and campaign management, will engage in public relations liaison, and will track Key metrics to analyse sales and marketing key performance indicators.

The talent we seek will be solutions-focused and highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail and exemplary verbal and written skills.

They will be committed to delivering results-driven outcomes and will be organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

They will present with five years of experience in a similar role and will be confident to lead projects across the business, executing on creative ideas, recording and interpreting results, and iterating on that feedback to scale up.
