Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a conscientious Showroom Manager for Natalie Marie: a fine jewellery brand that is dedicated to traditional craftsmanship, sustainability, and exceptional quality.

Working as part of a warm, purpose-led team, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for all aspects of overseeing and maintaining the Natalie Marie showroom.

As the primary custodian of the brand, the Showroom Manager will host clients with care and consideration, nurturing a personal, meaningful retail experience.

They will be responsible for preparing the showroom for appointments and assisting bespoke appointments.

The Showroom Manager’s duties will also traverse stock control and merchandising, visual merchandising, appointment calendar management, and the handling and receiving of deliveries.

Additionally, they will be accountable to receive and manage returns and repairs with care and high attention to detail, and will apply the same meticulous attention to managing and assisting with security processes and daily closure.

The Showroom Manager will also be involved in sourcing new brands and products for display, managing the stock levels of the brand’s objects offering with existing suppliers.

The talent we seek will have proven high-end retail experience, coupled with a demonstratable aptitude for people leadership.

The successful Showroom Manager will, with the support of the Head of People & Culture, train, supervise and appraise their team to foster a nurturing and supportive environment, reflective of the brand’s purposeful values.
