Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Social Media Coordinator to join the team at a cult, finger-on-the-pulse fashion brand beloved by fashion taste-makers across the globe.

In this role, the Social Media Coordinator will support the brand’s marketing team in creating, planning, implementing, and monitoring the brand’s social media strategy, in alignment with the brand’s overarching goals and identity.

Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the brand’s content across existing and new social media platforms. Primarily, they will market new products and foster brand awareness, using strategic influencer and performance social media marketing to drive awareness, growth, and sales.

This dynamic role will manage the brand’s content calendar, ensuring the alignment of marketing and sales activity.

Their content-based responsibilities will also extend to planning and coordinating eDM and blog schedules, and briefing internal and external content and design stakeholders.

The Social Media Coordinator will also monitor and report on channel-specific performance, constantly ideating and driving improvements.

They will also respond to customer inquiries on social media channels, supporting the Customer Service Manager with order-related tasks and customer responses across emails and live chat.

The talent we seek will be solutions-focused and highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail and exemplary verbal and written skills.

They will be committed to delivering excellent customer and commercial outcomes, and will be organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced team environment.

They will present with two to three years of experience in a similar role and will be confident to lead projects across the business.
