UMENCO is recruiting a passionate and perceptive Talent Sourcing Executive, based in Sydney.

This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity to join the internal UMENCO team, helping to shape the careers of outstanding talent by connecting them with Australia’s most renowned fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and design-led brands.

In this role, the Talent Sourcing Executive will own the talent sourcing function of the agency, supporting the senior recruitment team to source outstanding, aligned talent for active recruitment assignments.

They will primarily work to identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and will engage with, understand, and translate position requirements and brief to identified talent, supporting with talent communications.

The talent we seek will be a curious, engaged and informed individual, with recent tertiary-level qualifications in HR, business, marketing, or an aligned field.

They will have an expert understanding of UMENCO’s clients and brand partners, and will demonstrate a commitment to continually deepening their industry knowledge.

The Talent Sourcing Executive will be meticulous and timely in their ability to follow processes, steps of service and deliver internal and external communications.

They will possess excellent organisation skills, a warm, confident written and verbal communicative disposition, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and conflicting timelines in a fast-paced business.

The Talent Sourcing Executive will be a dedicated, proactive individual who has experience in administrative roles in professional environments, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or hospitality industries.
