Role Overview
The Global Brand Environment Manager will develop aspirational environments, nurturing meaningful and immersive experiences across commercial showrooms in Australia, New Zealand, Chicago, London, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Vancouver, with further expansion planned across the APAC, North American and Western European markets.
This role requires an entrepreneurial creative who balances innovative concept development with a highly commercial and strategic approach to design and planning. Experience across luxury retail or hospitality during a period of scaling and expansion will be highly regarded, as well as the proven ability to facilitate an exceptional customer experience through spatial design.
They will create visually outstanding, commercially viable showroom experiences which will enhance and accelerate the purchase experience for customers and ultimately drive sales.
The Global Brand Environment Manager will work closely with the design, product and pricing, and retail teams to ensure that showroom displays are aligned with product and brand messaging, promotions, and commercial objectives.
As brand champion, they will be responsible for creating, implementing, and ensuring quality merchandising standards, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, commitment to excellence, and promoting a coherent image for the brand globally.
This role will also work closely with the property and retail teams in the design of new showrooms, including floor plans.
The talent we seek will present with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field; at least seven years of experience in senior visual merchandising, set design, or interior design within the retail industry; a robust understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and visual storytelling, and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software.
