The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in the UMENCO referrals program.

Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement of the individual being referred will qualify for the bonus. The bonus amount of $500 is in Australian dollars.

All talent referrals and proof of referral must be made in writing to UMENCO before or at the time of the initial application/referral to UMENCO by the person referring; referrals cannot be accepted retrospectively. Any potential talent or person referred to UMENCO must be placed by UMENCO within 3 months of the referral date.

The person referring must obtain prior consent from the potential talent before referring to UMENCO and the individual/talent must be aware that they are being referred to UMENCO. The offer is not open to a referred talent who is already known to or registered with UMENCO at the time of the referral.

The bonus scheme is not available to employees of UMENCO.

There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made. Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties. The talent referred must be eligible to work and live in the country of employment.

UMENCO reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the Referral Program at any time and without notice. UMENCO shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the Referral Program.

All information received by UMENCO is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the person referring that they are authorised to pass the information which will be free from any intellectual property claims.

The Referrals Program is open until November 30, 2024. The bonus is paid as a gross payment upon completion of probation and will be paid by bank transfer. The recipient accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any tax arising from receiving the bonus payment.
