UMENCO is seeking an Marketing Manager for a contemporary accessories and RTW brand who are known for their pared back minimalistic ethos.

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives across the brand. The role spans content creation, social media and wholesale marketing, working closely with the Creative Director to shape and execute strategic campaigns. The successful talent will be forward-thinking and driven with a strong affinity and understanding of the brand, product and aesthetic.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and delivering the brands marketing calendar, ensuring all activity aligns with broader business objectives and brand positioning. The role includes managing performance against KPI’s, driving growth and partnering with external agencies to execute paid social strategies and eCommerce content. It also involves planning and delivering EDM campaigns, supporting campaign shoots and contributing to seasonal content development.

A key component of the role is relationship management, including overseeing influencer partnerships, managing gifting and sample processes and working closely with wholesale partners to support marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with external creatives and agencies to produce high-quality imagery and content that reflects the brands identity across all touchpoints.

The ideal talent brings a minimum of four years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, supported by a relevant qualification in marketing or a related field. The Marketing Manager will be highly organised, detail-orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong proficiency across platforms such as Adobe Suite, Shopify and Klaviyo. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential to success in this role.
