UMENCO is currently recruiting a General Manager for a fine jewellery brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of and drive the continued success of the brands Melbourne showroom. The General Manager, will oversee sales performance, client experience, team development and operational excellence. Acting as the face of the brand in Melbourne, the successful talent will play a pivotal role in strengthening the brand’s presence within the luxury jewellery market while delivering exceptional bespoke experience for clients.

Working closely with the leadership team, the General Manager will have significant autonomy to shape the growth and direction of the showroom. This role extends beyond traditional retail management, offering the chance to build, influence and expand a growing business. The successful talent will lead by example through client consultation, guiding customers through the bespoke design journey from diamond and gemstone selection through to design development and quotation, while setting the benchmark for service and sales performance.

The successful talent will bring proven leadership experience from a luxury retail, premium sales, hospitality or client-centric environment, combined with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results. The General Manager will have a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams and build lasting client relationships.
