VIC | SA | WA State Manager

UMENCO is recruiting a VIC | SA | WA State Manager for a noted Australian RTW and lifestyle brand, who are known for their refined wardrobe staples.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire the brands retail network across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, the State Manager will execute the brand retail strategy across the region, ensuring every store consistently reflects the brands premium aesthetic and operational standards and customer-first approach.

Leading a team of Store Managers, you will foster a high-performing retail culture through coaching, mentorship and ongoing development. The State Manager will build leadership capability across the region, empowering managers to drive sales, optimise store performance and deliver outstanding customer service, while developing a strong pipeline of future retail leaders through regular performance reviews, training and succession planning.

The successful talent will oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales performance, P&L management, wage control, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the State Manager will monitor key business metrics, identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement and ensure company policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently upheld across every location.
