UMENCO is seeking a Community & Content Manager for a new brand which are committed to premium fabrics, tailored fits and unwavering styles for a fashion forward capsule wardrobe. 

The Community & Content Manager will play an integral role in bringing the brand to life through compelling storytelling and authentic digital engagement. Responsible for shaping and delivering the brands content and community strategy, this role builds meaningful connections with audiences while strengthening brand loyalty, cultural relevance and online presence across all digital platforms.

The role leads content creation and execution, developing cohesive, social-first storytelling that reflects the brands aesthetic, tone and values. This includes managing the content calendar, creating and briefing assets across social and digital channels and supporting campaigns, launches and cultural moments with consistent, high-impact content.

Community management is central to the role, with responsibility for nurturing and growing the brands online audience through daily engagement across social platforms, comments and direct messages. Acting as the voice of the brand, the Community & Content Manager builds strong relationships with customers, creators and brand advocates and supports influencer partnerships, gifting and community-led activations aligned to the brand.

Working closely with marketing, eCommerce and creative teams, the role also tracks and analyses content and community performance to inform ongoing optimisation. Success is measured through increased engagement, community growth, positive brand sentiment and the consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content that strengthens the brands digital footprint.
