Role Overview
UMENCO is seeking a Graphic Designer for a female-founded brand whose designs are centred around key seasonal styles and modern tailored essentials.
This brand seeks a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and strong typographic sensibility to help elevate its visual communication across both digital and print channels. The ideal talent will be experienced in working within an established brand identity while confidently contributing to the ongoing evolution of the brands visual direction.
Working closely with the creative team, the role will involve developing and delivering a range of visual assets including email marketing campaigns, social media content, lookbooks and printed materials for events and media releases. The Graphic Designer will also support the creative process through concept development and art direction for photoshoots, as well as assisting with image selection, photo retouching and post-production to ensure all imagery reflects the brands refined aesthetic.
The successful talent will bring at least two years experience within an agency or design-led consumer brand environment, along with a highly organised approach and a positive, collaborative mindset. A strong portfolio demonstrating a minimalist design aesthetic, refined layout skills for web and mobile platforms and a clear understanding of email marketing best practices is essential. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and experience in photo retouching is highly regarded alongside the ability to maintain an organised library of visual assets.
