The Regional Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the brand’s retail network across a designated region, supporting the State Manager to deliver exceptional financial performance, operational excellence and customer experience. Leading multiple retail and concession locations, the successful talent will execute regional strategies that maximise sales, profitability and productivity while ensuring every store consistently reflects the brand’s premium standards and values.

Working closely with store leadership teams, the Regional Business Manager will inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful talent will oversee the full team lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning, while ensuring all team members are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge and operational excellence.

Commercially astute and highly organised, Regional Business Manager will take ownership of regional performance across key metrics including sales, conversion, average transaction value, wages, stock efficiency and shrinkage. The successful talent will work collaboratively across Finance, People, Buying, Planning and Visual Merchandising to optimise store performance, execute national initiatives and identity opportunities to strengthen customer engagement, operational efficiencies and sustainable business growth.
