UMENCO is recruiting a Senior Sales Stylist for a luxury occasionwear brand who create timeless gowns that blend modern elegance with effortless sophistication.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. As Senior Sales Stylist, the successful talent will create a warm, personalised and memorable boutique experience, guiding clients from their initial consultation through to gown collection while ensuring every interaction reflects the brands commitment to modern elegance, exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

Working within an appointment-only boutique, leading one-on-one bridal styling appointments, building meaningful relationships with clients and confidently styling looks. The Senior Sales Stylist will expertly guide clients through the decision-making process, managing ongoing communication and aftercare, overseeing every stage of the client journey to deliver a seamless and unforgettable experience.

The successful talent will balance exceptional client service with strong commercial acumen, confidently closing high-value sales while maintaining an authentic, consultative approach. The Senior Sales Stylist will support the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including appointment preparation, merchandising, sample management, stock organisation and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the boutique is presented to the highest standard and operates seamlessly.

The ideal talent will bring experience within luxury fashion, bridal, jewellery or another appointment-based retail environment, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
