Role Overview
UMENCO is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for a contemporary womenswear brand based in Sydney. They are known for their effortless, minimalistic style which is the epitome of understated luxury.
This integral marketing role involves overseeing and updating the Marketing Calendar to encompass all planned weekly media launches. The successful talent will be deeply involved in creating and executing multifaceted marketing campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Ecommerce teams to develop targeted campaigns. This includes crafting engaging content for the website, social media platforms and blogs; as well as staying ahead of trends to guide your marketing strategies.
The successful talent will be across CRM and SMS marketing with a primary focus on developing and optimising email and SMS campaigns for both the Australian and US markets. This involves updating automated emails with fresh content bi-annually, using data analytics to enhance key metrics and managing the strategy and execution of campaigns through Klaviyo. The successful talent will ensure a consistent brand message across all channels and coordinate with the Ecommerce, social media and marketing teams to maintain a unified approach.
In the domain of paid media, the Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute advertising campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager, ensuring consistency across all paid media channels, such as Facebook, META and Google. The responsibilities will include managing the creative approval process, overseeing the affiliate platform for strategic placements and ensuring the smooth handover of advertising assets to external agencies.
The Marketing Coordinator will handle casting, manage production documents and scout new talent including photographers and stylists for shoots and event activations. They will support shoot run-throughs and event activations, managing sponsorship relationships and ensure all assets and media are handled according to the critical path. The role demands a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and providing insights to influence marketing strategies. Qualifications for this role include a proven marketing experience, exceptional writing skills, strong analytical abilities and expertise in CRM, SMS and paid advertising campaigns.
