UMENCO is currently recruiting a Senior Talent Agent for a premier talent management agency, based in Sydney. The Senior Talent Agent for the women’s division plays a pivotal role in steering the career of models, driving new business opportunities and fostering robust relationships with clients, talent and key industry players.
This position demands an individual who is both strategic and proactive, with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving fashion and entertainment landscapes. A master of organisation, the Senior Talent Agent will ensure that the needs of both talent and the clients are met, balancing creativity with business acumen to exceptional results. Core responsibilities include developing tailored career strategies for models, focused on ensuring their long-term success.
The Senior Talent Agent will maintain key relationships with brands, agencies, photographers and casting directors, serving as a linchpin between talent and opportunity. In addition to managing bookings and coordinating seamless interactions between talent and clients, the role involves negotiating on behalf of the represented models to safeguard their interests, while also marketing them to specific brands and labels. Staying ahead of the industry trends and competitor activities is essential. The Senior Talent Agent will continually adapt strategies to keep talent in the spotlight and on the cutting edge of the market.
The ideal talent will have a minimum of 5 years experience in talent management or the fashion and entertainment industries, with a proven track record in career development and talent representation.
