UMENCO is recruiting an experienced Design Director for a contemporary accessories brand, who are at the forefront of travel accessories in Australia.

As the Design Director the successful talent will be at the forefront of the design process, driving creativity and ensuring the products resonate with the brands vision and market demands.

The Design Director will be guiding and across all stages of the design lifecycle, from concept development to final production. The successful talent will be across trend forecasting, material selection and be technically proficient in CAD. An industrial design background is a bonus.

The role of the Design Director requires the successful talent to be a creative problem solver, a team leader and builder with an agile approach to design.
