Role Overview

UMENCO is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & CRM Manager for an iconic fashion and lifestyle brand with a devoted following. We are searching for a CRM specialist with a keen understanding of the intricacies of online performance and a refined sense of brand elevation. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about executing digital strategies that position brands as leaders in the market.

You should excel in crafting and executing digital marketing plans across various channels, both locally and globally – taking charge of performance channels, coordinating Email campaigns, and implementing a refined SEO strategy. Collaborate with the Social Media team and eCommerce Coordinator to drive digital growth and sales strategies, contributing insights that highlight trends and amplify the essence of the brand, taking the lead in executing initiatives that solidify the brand’s position as a market leader.

Mastery in sculpting loyalty and retention strategies via digital analytics is key, articulating performance metrics aligned with strategic vision, while staying abreast of trends and technologies. Redefine EDM templates, compose and schedule EDMs for a harmonious blend of timing and inventory levels. Manage automated flows with an artistic touch, focusing on engagement and acquisition to curate audiences across platforms like Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Record primary KPIs weekly, craft performance reports, and contribute to monthly reports, meticulously maintaining Google Analytics and dashboards. Lead the eCommerce & Digital Coordinator, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Social Media team and foster a broader collaborative environment, sharing insights and visionary ideas across the business landscape. Work in unison with the marketing and client care teams to create experiences aligning with the brand and elevating customer engagement.

Requirements: Bring 5+ years of digital marketing experience, showcasing expertise in CRM and email platforms. Hold a degree in marketing or a related field, and demonstrate experience in managing third-party agencies, adding layers of expertise to our narrative. Possess copywriting and creative skills, balanced with strong analytical skills. Experience in the luxury sector is a plus to understand the nuances of elegance and refinement, along with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Shopify Plus.
