In this crucial role, the successful talent will spearhead the development and execution of a robust ecommerce strategy meticulously aligned with the brand’s overarching objectives, with a focus on driving substantial online sales growth while enhancing the overall luxury fashion shopping experience.

As the guardian of the ecommerce website, the Ecommerce Manager will ensure seamless functionality, user-friendliness, and cross-device responsiveness. Collaborating seamlessly with web development and design teams, to contribute to optimising the website’s performance and aesthetic appeal, adhering to an unwavering commitment to excellence.

A meticulous attention to detail is paramount for overseeing accurate and compelling product listings, ensuring that product descriptions, high-quality images, and strategically set pricing contribute to a compelling and cohesive online shopping experience.

Taking the lead in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, with an aim to amplify online visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website. Collaborating synergistically with the marketing team, contributing to crafting engaging promotions and campaigns that will not only attract but also retain customers, thereby fortifying overall sales and brand loyalty.

Committed to superior customer satisfaction and implementing strategies that elevate the entire customer journey. To excel in this pivotal role, bring proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager in the fashion industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential attributes. A preferred qualification is a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
