Role Overview


UMENCO is seeking an experienced Head of Brand Visuals for a contemporary womenswear brand who create dynamic styles with considered detailing.

The Head of Brand Visuals will play an integral role in shapingthe vision and direction of this growing Australian brand by conceptualising and communicating the brands identity in a thoughtful, cohesive direction across multiple channels. 

This role will require working closely with Creative Director, Head of Marketing and PR & Content Team to drive brand strategy, establish and set the brands visual language.

In addition to leading the conceptualisation and communication of the brands identity across multiple channels the successful talent will be required to update brand books, creative guidelines and collateral. They will work closely with the design teams to identify relevant creative direction, visual trends and align aesthetics.

This role is integral in the delivery of ecommerce, campaign/content photoshoots across the collections from research and concept stage right through to collaborating with the graphic designer and external editing agencies. They will also play a part in the decision making around locations, models, photographers and other creatives through the shooting process.

As part of Fashion Week, the Head of Brand Visuals will work alongside the PR team, and external agencies, to provide input, consultation and guidance on set design, model selection, styling, gifting, and general event aesthetics to ensure a cohesive visual outcome.
