Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Head of eCommerce & Digital for a leading Australian brand whose tailored pieces are luxurious and detailed.

The Head of eCommerce & Digital will lead digital strategy and oversee all aspects of the brands online presence. The successful talent will drive revenue growth through innovative ecommerce initiatives, digital marketing campaigns and enhancing the overall customer experience across all digital platforms. This role is pivotal in establishing the brands digital footprint and ensuring seamless integration of online and and offline experiences.

The successful talent will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategy which align with the overall business objectives to drive sales growth and profitability. they will lead a cross-functional team including digital marketing, merchandising, operations and customer service to achieve set goals.  It will be essential to oversee the development and maintenance of the ecommerce platforms to meet the highest standard of functionality and user experience.

The Head of eCommerce & Digital will collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. It is essential the successful talent will be ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
