As HR Manager, the successful talent will be at the helm of the entire recruitment process, working hand-in-hand with department leaders to pinpoint staffing needs and ensure a smooth, effective, hiring experience.
The HR Manager will encompass the rollout of HR policies, maintaining rigorous legal compliance and skilfully navigating workplace disputes. The successful talent will offer expert advise to uphold fairness and consistency in evaluations. In managing employee benefits programs, the the talent will have acute awareness of industry trends to enable the proposal of strategic enhancements to stay competitive.
Remaining vigilant to changes in employment legislation, the successful talent you conduct regular audits to ensure precise company compliance. The ideal talent will bring proven HR management experience, deep knowledge of employment laws, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. A mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field solidifies the qualifications of the ideal candidate.
