UMENCO is recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager for a contemporary accessories brand.

This key role is designed to enhance and optimise the brands supply chain operations across all departments. This position will play an integral part in streamlining logistics processes, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, production teams and our global distribution network. The role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact within a fast-growing, international business while collaborating with a dynamic, forward-thinking management team.

The ideal talent will be an experienced logistics manager eager to take on new challenges and work independently in a rapidly expanding business. Reporting directly to senior management the Logistics Manager will oversee the flow of goods from our international suppliers to the brands third-party logistics partners as well as ensuring the timely distribution of the brands product to some of the world’s most prestigious retailers. The successful talent will have at least four years of experience in a similar logistics role within the fashion industry. They will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be a proactive, strategic thinker and will be adept at managing multiple priorties and working both autonomously and collaboratively with a small, close-knit team. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, clear communication and the ability to manage complex logistical operations. Experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of freight management and incoterms will be essential to excel in this position.
