Role Overview
UMENCO is currently seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing for a non-for-profit accessories brand.
This role requires an experienced talent who is eager to dive right in. In this hands-on position, the successful talent will work directly with the founder to fuel the business growth and uncover new opportunities for success.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the commercial operations of the business, driving day-to-day trade and expanding the reach through retail, wholesale and online channels. Proficiency in Shopify Plus and other leading platforms is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with creative teams to execute impactful growth strategies.
As the Head of Sales & Marketing you will support the founder with grant applications, manage travel logistics and provide insights into consumer preferences to drive commercial success. The successful talent will also partner with the CEO to craft and implement strategic business plans, oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate invoicing and financial management in conjunction with the Finance Team.
The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for quality control, product development and supplies as well as logistics for international orders. They will be across all areas of the website, e-commerce, retail and marketing and work closely with the Digital Marketing agency.
