UMENCO is recruiting a creative Senior Agent & Producer to join the team at a globally-recognised photographic agency, working with the country’s best creative talent to produce film and photography shoots for renowned domestic and international clients. 

This role works across both photographic and video production and involves the management of bookings for creative artists.

In managing their suite of creative artists, the Senior Agent & Producer will negotiate rates, produce all elements of shoots including budgets, and liaise between creative artists and clients.

The Senior Agent & Producer is responsible for thinking of new ways to market artists, ensuring that their artists get the best jobs possible, and developing long-term strategies to achieve the artist’s career goals.

The Senior Agent & Producer will be a self-motivated, proactive team player, possessing a level of diplomacy and self-assuredness enabling them to work well with a wide range of personalities in a tight deadline environment. 

The talent we seek will have a keen interest in the still fashion and advertising production space with a personal interest in the visual arts component of fashion.

They will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, while remaining calm and diligent, and will hold outstanding interpersonal skills.

They will be highly organised with the ability to forge relationships with new and existing clients. 

Prior photography production experience within the fashion, design and advertising industry is essential, alongside which, existing relationships within the advertising, fashion and magazine industries are favourable.
