UMENCO is currently seeking an experienced Senior Planner for a renowned Australian menswear brand.

This pivotal role oversees and manages all demand-related aspects of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving continuous improvement and fostering strategic partnerships across the organisation. The primary responsibility for the Senior Planner will be to ensure the seamless integration of demand planning and supply planning, aligning these functions with the company’s broader strategic goals.

The Senior Planner will be responsible for owning the national demand planning process for all products. This includes analysing forecasts provided by the Commercial Sales team, integrating historical sales data, promotional activities and business targets to ensure accurate SKU forecasting. The successful talent will develop and implement long-term planning strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals, annual planning process and oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising excess inventory.

The successful candidate will have experience in demand and supply planning preferably within the fashion or retail industry, demonstrate an abiliry to provide business wide forecasting leaderships and insights to strategic business planning and the ability to work closely and collaborate with teams across the business.
