The Senior Sales Associate will take on a central position in the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring that each client feels supported and valued from their first consultation to the moment they walk down the aisle. The successful talent will oversee appointments, guide clients through the selection process and communicate with brides to ensure their needs and desires are met with precision and care. The focus will be on creating an unparalleled bridal experience, maintaining the presentation of the showroom and collaborating with the management team to drives sales and operational success.

The ideal talent will have a proven sales background with at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bridal or wedding industry. The Senior Sales Associate will demonstrate a history of achieving sales targets and have the ability to think critically, problem-solve and multitask in a busy environment.
