Role Overview


UMENCO is recruiting a Wholesale Manager to become an integral part of a contemporary womenswear brand celebrated for its effortless, minimalistic aesthetic, truly the essence of understated luxury.

Reporting to the Director and Commercial Manager, the Wholesale Manager will be pivotal in transitioning the brands wholesale operations in-house. This role encompasses both strategic oversight and day-to-day management of wholesale activities across ANZ, EMEA and the US focusing on expanding our existing network by targeting new key accounts and driving in-season sales to meet seasonal budgets.

In this role, the successful talent will oversee global showrooms, managing everything from booking appointments to executing successful meetings. You combine strategic insight with business acumen to create value and propel the brand’s growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing plans to boost wholesale revenue, nurturing relationships with current accounts while actively seeking new opportunities and analysing market trends to inform decision-making.

The Wholesale Manager position requires a senior-level individual, ready to take full ownership of the brands wholesale department. The successful talent will have experience in managing a small team and adept in Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills are essential as is a confident leadership style.
